Supply
& fit A&T Series III Panorama Roller Shutter manufactured
by A&T Doors Adelaide. Phone number: 8347 3644. The curtain
shall be extruded aluminium interlocking 99mm x 1.8mm slat secured
on every alternative slat with a nylon end clip. Roller shutters
shall be complete with not less than 3mm wall thickness roller
drum, solid shaft, helical torsion springs, bottom rail, guide
tracks and all operating gear. If motorised, this shall include
cut out device and reversing starter. |

Nylon self lubricating end clips to each alternative slat ensuring
long life and smooth operation
Where airflow or vision is required, acrylic or mesh infills
can be installed behind perforations of 160mm x 60mm.
Finishes available in mill, anodised and powder coated.

Operation
|
Normally
motorised (240v or 3 phase) by a purpose built shutter drive which
includes a thermal cut out safety device, self contained limit
switches, with option for key switch, remote control, logic control,
photo cells etc. |

Roller
Drum
|
Manufactured from tubular steel to achieve minimal deflection.
The steel shaft is solid bright round bar supported no less than
every 2 metres, along the length of the drum and is counterbalanced
with helical torsion springs. Acetal hushes or self aligning bearings
are used both ends of our roller drums resulting in probably the
most advanced and smoothest running drum on the market to date. |
