Supply and
fit A & T 20mm Heavy Duty Roller Grille manufactured by A &
T Doors. The curtain shall be 20mm diameter extruded aluminium
tube with specially extruded aluminium links spaced at 500mm
centres to form a brickbond effect. The ends of the tubes shall
he secured by specially designed nylon interlocking links, allowing
smooth running in the heavy duty guide tracks.

Operation

Normally
motorised (240v or 3 phase) by a purpose-huilt shutter drive which
includes a thermal cut-out safety device, self-contained limit
switches, with option for key switch, remote control, logic control,
photo cells, etc. |

Roller
Drum

Manufactured from tubular steel to achieve minimum deflection.
The steel shaft is solid bright round bar supported no less than
every 2 metres, along the length of the drum and is counterbalanced
with helical torsion springs. Acetal bushes or self-aligning bearings
are used at both ends of our roller drums, resulting in probably
the most advanced and smoothest running drum on the market to
date. |
